
A few friends and I enjoyed a Sunday Brunch last week. We do this at least once a month. We went to Pacific Catch located outside of Golden Gate Park. It serves a fusion of Japanese and American food which was very delicious! Some our orders were:
Baja Shrimp Ceviche - lime, chili, cilantro & avocado with fresh tortilla chips
Firecracker Salmon Roll - tempura salmon, avocado, cucumber, daikon sprouts,shallots with spicy mayo
Meal Sized Salads made with organic spring greens:
- Sushi Grade Ahi Salad with seared ahi, avocado, daikon sprouts, ginger, sesame seeds with soy-wasabi vinaigrette
- California Crab & Avocado Salad with fresh crab, avocado, ginger, shredded nori with soy-wasabi vinaigrette
- Wasabi Rice Bowls topped with wakame salad, avocado, daikon sprouts, cucumber, ginger, sesame seeds, shredded nori and soy-wasabi sauce served over sushi rice with ahi tuna
And, my favorite is the “signature” sweet potato fries.
