A friend in San Francisco was 'facebooking' about a surfing competition at Ocean Beach which is in my neighborhood! I can recall surfing happening at Ocean Beach but NEVER a major competition! Aren't they usually held in Hawaii? I'm curious as to how the event was promoted which in this case in the form of a short video. I think the people in the video look 'cool' and pretty 'hip' but what really stood out was the city of San Francisco. Every chance I get, I try to catch a glimpse of it when it's put out there. I guess being away from the City by the Bay makes me even appreciate it even more in every way. Check out the video!
