Yosemite

One of my favorite places in California is Yosemite. My brother, mom and 2 other relatives: cousin Carrie and her mom, travelled to Yosemite on a 2-day trip on August 11 & 12th. My cousin Carrie has returned from Hong Kong after a 4 year absence from the U.S. and a family vacation seemed most fitting. It was my 4th time at Yosemite and I enjoyed it very much. I always admire the majestic scope and beauty of its landscape which leaves me feeling redeemed whenever I am in the cradle of nature. I always make it a point to visit Yosemite almost every summer and I probably will continue to do that in my lifetime. Yosemite holds a special place in my love of nature. As the naturalist and conservationist John Muir once said, Yosemite is a 'realm of wonder.' That wonderment stays with you for a long long time.
